MENTOM ANNOUNCEMENT

Mentom heads to Money20/20 to talk growth, residuals, and better support.

Vegas had the lights. Money20/20 had the crowd. Alexis brought the actual payments conversation.

Money20/20 creates plenty of noise. Mentom went to have the conversations that could still matter after the flight home.

In October 2025, Mentom announced that Alexis Lichterman would represent the company at Money20/20 in Las Vegas.

The invitation to partners was direct: meet with Alexis to discuss portfolio growth, residual opportunity, and the kind of agent and merchant support needed to compete beyond the initial sale.

More revenue is useful. A stronger operating partner is what helps keep it.

The event gave Mentom a place to meet payments professionals looking for more than a generic split sheet or another list of products.

Alexis could speak to the full partner experience: how opportunities are positioned, how complex merchants are discussed, how programs are supported, and how the relationship keeps working once an account is live.

That made Money20/20 less about being seen in Las Vegas and more about finding the right people to build with after it.

01

Talk real economics

Discuss residual structure and growth without separating the upside from the work required to support it.

03

Build the next relationship

Use a face-to-face conversation to find partners aligned with Mentom's pace, culture, and standards.

THE POINT OF THE TRIPMentom did not go to Vegas to hand out another brochure. The goal was to find partners ready for a better working relationship.

Skip the generic pitch and get to the operating questions.

Mentom's strongest event conversations usually begin where the typical product sheet ends.

01

Where are you growing?

Understand the verticals, channels, and merchant profiles shaping the partner's pipeline.

02

Where is the friction?

Identify the delays, communication gaps, or product constraints holding the portfolio back.

03

What should support feel like?

Define the responsiveness and ownership expected after an application is submitted.

04

Is the fit real?

Make sure economics, operating expectations, and culture support a durable partnership.

Money20/20 put Mentom in the room. The follow-through made the trip worthwhile.

The event was another example of Mentom showing up where partners exchange ideas, compare platforms, and decide who they want beside them for the next stage of growth.

The message was simple: you and your merchants deserve a payments partner who can talk strategy—and still answer when the real work begins.
